Why Join Us as an Affiliate Member?

Affiliate Membership with GIFAR has its Benefits:

 

Affiliate Membership in the Greater Idaho Falls Association of REALTORS® (“GIFAR”) is a special category of Membership reserved for individuals who may or may not be actively engaged in the real estate profession, but have an interest in the activities of the Association, including access to resources, programs, services, industry information and especially access to our over 840 + members.

How does becoming an Affiliate benefit my business?

The Association works for and with you! As a Member, you are entitled to Member communications, news, legislative advocacy on our industry’s behalf, community service opportunities, and being a part of a strong group of industry professionals.

As an Affiliate Member of The Greater Idaho Falls Association of REALTORS®, you can promote your business / company and / or services that you offer in unique ways to other professionals who can refer others to your business.

Once your Application is processed, your Membership would become “ACTIVE” and you would be a LEGITIMATE Affiliate Member and afforded the following Membership benefits:

Maximum Exposure Within the Association:

Affiliate Members are afforded opportunities for value-added publicity among the Membership, including:

  • Your Company Name and Logo will be on the Screen at our Monthly Membership Meeting (including pictures of ALL Legitimate Members)
  • Mentioning and listing your Company and its Legitimate Members in Newsletters and Flyers distributed to our Membership. Here we promote you to our Members and encourage them to use you and your services!
  • A company and Individual listing(s) in our Membership Roster that is available to all of our Members, as well as the public seeking services.

  • Exclusive advertising opportunities on the website and in the Association’s Newsletter.

Tools and Information that may Help You:

Affiliate Members receive many of the same benefits as REALTOR® Members, including:

  • Attendance to certain Association sponsored seminars and webinars
  • Receipt of timely information through our e-Newsletters
  • Access to our Association’s Tech Helpline  which provides Members with assistance with:
