MEMBERSHIP:
2025 Dues are Being Collected
FIRST STEP ->
Have you created a GIFAR MEMBER PORTAL Account? If YES go to the SECOND STEP.
- Before you begin, make sure you have previously created a GIFAR MEMBER PORTAL Account. This is important so you can retrieve your receipts for Tax Purposes, sign up for Association Events and classes, as well as being able to update your personal information with us. For more information on how to Create your GIFAR MEMBER PORTAL Account click here to go to the page with the article titled: "How to set up your Greater Idaho Falls Association of REALTORS® Member Portal Account." There you can follow the step-by-step instructions to do so. When that is complete, come back here and go to the next step.
SECOND STEP ->
Do you have the email that was sent to you about paying your dues? If NO go to the THIRD STEP.
- Open the email and go to the BIG GREEN section that says: "To begin your Membership renewal Click Here." Follow, by clicking on the link that was given to you. That link bypasses the following steps and makes it easier for you to complete your renewal process. It takes you directly to let you Update your Membership record before paying your dues.
THIRD STEP - >
Are you a PRIMARY or SECONDARY MEMBER of GIFAR?
- Most MEMBERS would be PRIMARY. A PRIMARY MEMBER is simply if this is your MAIN Association that you and your Brokerage belong to.
- A SECONDARY MEMBER could be if Your PRIMARY MEMBERSHIP is with the Boise Regional REALTORS® but you have joined us as another Association. So it is your second Local Association in IDAHO. Thus a SECONDARY Membership.
FOURTH STEP ->
- Based on what you determined is your MEMBERSHIP TYPE (from the THIRD STEP) go to ONE of the THREE Colums listed below to continue.

REMEMBER: After you complete the Updated Membership Application it will take you to the PAYMENT page.
